Loog is a company that produces and sells musical instruments and accessories designed to make it fun and easy to play music.
The company was created from an academic project in 2010, when its founder, Rafael Atijas, was studying for a master’s degree at the University of New York. From that moment on, and through several successful funding campaigns on Kickstarter, Loog consolidated itself as a company of global reach and recognition.
We began to work with Loog in 2012 in order to improve the existing products and design new ones that would reflect the brand projections. We currently provide a comprehensive end to end service, supporting the client in each stage of the creative and productive process: from the first sketches to quality control.
We have designed over ten products that have been launched to the market, and we continue projecting new lines that are in the development stage. We propose and execute design guidelines and participate in the company’s strategic decisions regarding products.
We have managed the manufacture process of the designed products, from the search for suppliers to the quoting process, from the first samples until the final quality testing. The products are manufactured in different factories located in China, and we visit these facilities to connect with suppliers, facilitate manufacture oversight, and optimize production processes.
Jointly with Loog Guitars, we have attended several business fairs, mainly in the United States, to meet industry suppliers and their proposals. Our work in the design of Loog products stands out because we understand how the market works, what the trends are, which skills and tools are available, and where the creative future of this industry is headed.
Working with Joaquín is a guarantee of reliability and quality. Together we have developed several of the most important Loog projects; he has always presented research and survey reports, as well as documentation that exceed the assigned work. When we work with Joaquín on the design of a new product, we know that all the stages (including coordination with suppliers, quotes, and visits to factories) will be addressed with responsibility and professionalism.
